Hummelstown Borough Police Department
Since 1888, the Hummelstown Borough Police Department has been proud to serve our growing community with the utmost professional police services on a 24/7 basis. The department staff consists of eight full-time sworn officers and one civilian support staff member.
In addition to providing basic law enforcement services, the department is very active in the community. We participate in National Night Out, the DARE program at the middle school, and have a School Resource Officer dedicated to the Lower Dauphin School District. We also run an award-winning Halloween safety program called the "Witch Watch" and have been benefiting the local food bank with the annual Turkey Bowl bowling tournament.
