Storm Recovery Update:
•Utility restoration continues. PPL reports that approximately 98% of customers have had power restored.
•Public Works crews will continue chipping operations throughout the week. If your brush has already been collected and you have additional material to be chipped, please re-enroll by visiting the Borough website hummelstown.gov or emailing chipping@hummelstown.gov.
•Roadways affected by storm damage are being cleared and reopened as quickly and safely as possible.
•PennDOT crews continue repairs and restoration work on N. Hanover Street.
Storm recovery efforts remain underway throughout the Borough as crews continue working to restore services, clear debris, and reopen impacted areas.
