Sewer and Refuse Billing

The Borough bills quarterly for sewer and refuse.  The Borough does not have its own treatment plant.  Discharge is treated at the Swatara Township Wastewater Treatment plant. 

 

Republic Services is the Borough's contracted refuse hauler.  Refuse is picked up on Monday.  You must use the trash totes provided by Republic Services.  If you have a bulky item, contact Republic at 1-800-210-9675.

 

Bills are mailed quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.  You can pay your bill in person at the Borough office, by mail, or online.  In person, the Borough accepts cash, checks, credit cards/visa, or money orders.  Via mail, the Borough accepts checks or money orders.  Credit card payments are accepted through the payment portal on this page.

Automatic Cash Transfer(ACH)/Paperless E-Bill application forms are on this page. Please fill out the application, and upon approval, your ACH payment will start at the following bill cycle.
