How to Report a Streetlight Outage

To report a streetlight outage, contact the Borough Office at 717-566-2555, and we will collect the necessary information and report the problem to PPL. Please note that we will need the following information:

1) Pole Number

2) Description of the issue (on/off all the time/flickering, etc.)

3) Street name

4) Nearest Cross Street

The Borough office will then reach out to PPL with the information.  PPL will create a trouble ticket for the streetlight.
